Petaluma Art Council
Deliverables
1. There will be a main page called Home (index.html)
2. Home Page will have a logo created by designer, with remote-rollover
navigation links to 7 second-level pages. There will be images
above the remote rollovers on the index page.
3. There will be 7 second-level pages, called:
- Studio (studio.html)
- Calendar (calendar.html)
- Resources (resources.html)
- Gallery (gallery.html)
- Events (events.html)
- Registry (registry.php)
- Member Form (member.html)
4. Each second-level page will have a heading, with a name and an
icon, which will repeat the images from the index page rollovers.
5. There will be 5 third-level pages.
6. Each page will have a link to Home Page.
7. Navigation will be graphical text buttons, with text links on bottom
of page.
8. There will be templates for Home, secondary pages, and 2 forms.
9. All images will be .gif or .jpeg format.
10. Two forms will be created, [Membership Form, Registry], with a
series of PHP scripts, HTML documents, uploaded images, email
and flat text files. The Calendar will be Perl-based, from Matt's
script archives.
11. We will use 12 pt font size, 15 pt line size, Ariel, Helvetica (sans-
serif fonts.)
9. There will be a Studio Page, with links to History of the
Petaluma Arts Council, Programs and Services Available, and
The Membership Form.
10. There will be a Calendar Page, with links to a Calendar of Special
Events, Day of the Dead, Friday Night Films, and Butter and
Eggs (Poultry in Motion project). Programmer will make the
calendar, Client will pick password and fill in information.
11. There will be a Resources Page, with links to Gallery locations,
artist supplies, and links of related special interests, such as
museums, SRJC, Artrails, and etc.
12. There will be a Gallery Page showcasing an 'Artist of the Month'
with up to 12 sample images of their works. We will get it
started with 4 months ready to go using 4 artists for whom we've
been given sample images. We have visual information (graphics
in different formats) for John Bertucci, Diana Crain, Ross E.
Parkerson and Alison Marks.
13. There will be an Events Page, with links to Day of the Dead
Festival, Friday Night Films, and Butter and Eggs Days (Poultry in
Motion Project.)
14. There will be an online Registry Form to enlist local artists, where
they can post email and gallery information and up to 4 samples
of their works. The Registry will post a list of participating artists
and links to their websites, starting with the 4 artists for whom
we have visual information already mentioned in #12.
15. There will be an online Member Form, where one can join the
Petaluma Arts Council and/or make donations.
16. We will provide meta tags and Search Engine registration.
17. We will provide a CD with all the PSD files, HTML and images for
each page.
18. We will provide 1-2 hours of training for the client, to assist them
in maintaining the site.
